In addition to serving as the Founder and CEO of Broadway Salon Studios, Francis is a proven leader with years of experience in Youth Sports and the Real Estate Development Industry. Between 2010 and 2020 Francis shifted his primary focus from building & development to youth sports by co-founding National Flag Football in 2010 which has become the largest Flag Football organization in the country in just a few short years. In 2020 after building National Flag Football to one of the largest youth sports programs in the Country, National Flag Football was acquired by Reigning Champs to bolster their sports portfolio. With a strong infrastructure, proprietary technology, and a loyal fan base, it was only natural that Reigning Champs and NFF would come together to provide an even greater youth sports experience to all. His passion for both youth sports and business has allowed Francis to continue to evolve and diversify his portfolio by founding Broadway Salon Studios in 2017. Taking the approach of empowering the beauty entrepreneur, Francis not only provides spaces for beauty professionals to grow but he also mentors and guides every Broadway family member to maximize their potential as a small business owner to reach their full potential.
